2003 Gillig low floor city bus with kneeling

Description

I bought 2003 Gillig low floor city bus 4 years ago from AVIS.
I planned to convert it to a motor home but life got busy and no time to spend on the bus. All I did was removing chairs as shown in the picture.
The mileage reading was around 250K on dashboard but I am not sure that is correct reading.
It has a Detroit Diesel with Allison transmission. It has kneeling with wheelchair ramp.
It has all aluminum body with no rust.
The tile is clean and was titled as motor home by MI DMV.
It was running good. All tires are good condition.
The main power switch was on for few years  and the battery is dead. You may need to tow. AC was not working.
