This bottle is just amazing.  The detail is awesome.  The teeth looks and feel like real teeth!
The underlay is a glass bottle with some type of clay or molded type material on the outside.
Some real talent did this bottle.
There is a surface crack to the left of the upper lip.  Doesn't take away from the bottle at all.
