Pavoni Istantanea 2000 was the "semi-professional" version of the domestic lever machine Professional. Was produced with pump.

The main difference compared to the Professional model is given by the group separate from the boiler and connected by copper tubes with the typical operation like radiator. This solution allows you to have a thermal stability of the group, solving the perennial problem of overheating.
