PHOTOMULTIPLIER ELECTRON TUBES, THORN EMI 9849A and HAMAMATSU R331-05

Description

These two came out of a scintillator that was used to test earthen samples here in southern Utah in the 80's. I cannot test them, but the machine was retired while in good service. I am hoping that someone out there can get some use out of them. Sold as a pair. The photos are a bit blurry. The Thorn unit is marked: Type: 9849A, Serial: 88708. The Hamamatsu unit is marked: R331-05, CB 1322, 83.7.They each have what I assume is a label indicating sensitivity: each marked 9.14.83, 150. I would assume from that they are a matched set.
