Rotary Airlock System for transporting and conveying materials

Description

This is a USA manufactured rotary airlock valve for light industrial/commercial use.
This unit will not only transfer materials, but it also has the ability to remove dust as well.  This unit is unique in its construction and how it works from other industrial pneumatic systems.  To use this system, you simply attach a 6.5 hp residential shop vac to the top port and attach a 1-1/4" piping system or flexible hose to the bottom port.  When the shop vac and rotary unit are turned on, the material is transfered from the bottom attaached hose into the cleaner and the material drops to the rotary vac and is distributed out the bottom.  We have customers that use this unit for transfering corn and wood pellets over 100 feet.  This unit was orignally sold as a unit for corn stove and pellet stove users, however, over the years, we have had many requests to use this for other applications.  This unit could be used to transfer plastic pellets, farm grains like wheat, flax etc..), coffee beans, smaller wood shavings, metal shavings etc... This unit operates

with
no stopping
to unload, pull levers or other systems that require you to stop every several minutes.
The photo shows just one of the many ways you can use this unit to clean and transfer material from a bulk source to a large plastic storage container or any other type of container that you may have.  After the material has been through the cleaner, it falls to the lower unit and is rotated out the bottom while maintaining a vacuum within the system.
