c BRIDGTON, MAINE
decal was produced in the early 1950's by The Norsid Mfg. Company and is a remarkable piece of early souvenir travel art. Very few Bridgton decals were ever produced, and this original water decal is a true one-of-a-kind.
The decal measures 4" wide x 2 3/4" tall and is in excellent condition despite its age. The artwork is really terrific and the colors are still bright and vivid despite decades of storage. It does have a few small creases and some curling at the top and bottom. Due to its age and rarity, we suggest this decal not be water dipped but kept "as-is" in a collection.
This unique decal is a great example of early water decal artistry and technology and will make a great addition to any collection.
