    Description

    I was told this item was used in  ice fishing. I don't knw any more about it.  It is of wood, including the pulley. Could be hand made. There is a paper label on it which could have been the name of the maker or maybe the owner.  It measures about 18.5 inches long, 2 in wide, and 1/2 in. thick. It appears to be in pretty good condition except the attached wire has some rust.
