Vintage The Icy Hot Bottle Co. Metal Vase Bottle Container Thermos?
Does have damage and wear-and-tear - e.g., scratches, nicks, marks, rust, dents, tears / cracks in the metal ~ see images.
We're not sure if this is meant to be a vase, bottle, container, thermos, or perhaps has some other purpose...?
There is no lid.
On the side is engraved 'Breakers Atlantic City'.
From appearance, it appears that it may be possible to separate the top half from the lower half.
