Vtg Holland Ice Cream Cooler or Cold Bag/Sack Silver Foil Insulated Bag/Sack.  Not sure how something this thin kept ice cream cold and firm for 1 hour, but I remember my Mom using them.   Foil still very shiny but does show creases.  Some wear to top edges with 1 small tear in top edge.  Red ink still shiny as well.  Approx 12.5 in long and 5 in wide.
