    What sets this book apart is that it was signed by both Tom Bass and Dwight Clark. So because of that, it’s very rare. Great for the 49er fan who loves the 80s niners.
    I am not a professional appraiser but from my observation (see Pictures): Pictures should be considered as part of the description. Shading may vary with lighting and angle.
    Cover: Very little corner, cover and edge wear. No fading or discoloration.
    Spine: pretty good
    Binding: Tight with no page or cover separation.
    Pages: Clean with no chipping or wear. Some age discoloration. One small spot on the bottom of the book (see pics)
